At Level Up Banners, every product is custom-made just for you. Because each order is printed to your exact design, size, and specifications, we handle returns differently than standard retail stores. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
All banners, signs, stickers, and printed products created through Level Up Banners are custom-made, which means:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized items due to preference changes, layout changes, or customer-submitted design errors.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled.
If there is a mistake on our end, we will make it right quickly.
We will replace your banner at no cost if:
The printed product contains a manufacturing defect
The banner arrives damaged
The print does not match the approved proof
We printed an incorrect size, material, or finish compared to your order

Level Up Banners prints exactly what is approved in your digital proof.
We cannot refund or remake orders due to:
Typos provided by the customer
Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork uploaded
Incorrect size, color, or design choices made by the customer
Design mistakes that were visible and approved in the proof
To avoid issues, always review your proof carefully before approval.
Orders may be canceled only before entering production.
Once printing begins:
The order cannot be canceled
No refunds can be issued

In cases where a return is required:
We will provide a prepaid return label if the issue was our fault.
Customers are responsible for return shipping if returning a non-custom accessory or non-printed item when applicable.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom banners
Custom signs
Custom decals and stickers
Custom large-format prints
Any item approved through a proof
Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
Orders older than 7 days from delivery
Level Up Banners is not responsible for damage caused by:
Strong winds
Improper installation
Extreme weather conditions
Improper storage
Normal wear and tear
For safety and longevity, we recommend using strong zip ties, bungee cords, or rope for secure installation.
